1. Warranty Coverage Houslamp warrants that all lighting fixtures sold through houslamp.com are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period All Houslamp products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

3. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or construction
  • Electrical component failures under normal use
  • Structural defects in metal frames or glass components upon delivery
  • Finish defects (e.g., peeling, cracking) not caused by external factors

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Light bulbs (not covered under any circumstances)
  • Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage resulting from use of incompatible bulbs or electrical systems
  • Cosmetic damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos clearly showing the issue. Our team will respond within 24 business hours.

6. Warranty Remedies Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, Houslamp will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the defective product or component at no charge, or
  • Issue a store credit or refund equal to the original purchase price

Houslamp is not liable for any installation, labor, or consequential costs associated with a defective product.

7. Limitation of Liability This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Houslamp. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houslamp disclaims all other warranties, express or implied. Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
