You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your goods to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping: Upon approval of your return, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. You will simply need to download, print, and attach it to your package.
4. How to Request a Return

5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved based on the condition of the goods.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Timeline: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
6. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind shortly after ordering, you may cancel your order for a full refund before the item has entered the shipping process. Please contact us immediately at support@houslamp.com. If the order has already been processed for shipment, you must follow the standard return process outlined above.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us at support@houslamp.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
