2. The Contract of Sale

A contract for the purchase of goods is only formed when we formally accept your order. Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance. The Contract of Sale is finalized only when we send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to shipment for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud or inventory errors.

3. Accurate Pricing & Payment Methods

  • Pricing Integrity: The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will pay. All applicable taxes and fees are calculated based on your location and are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

4. Order Cancellations

We allow customers to cancel an order for a full refund at any time before the order has entered the shipping process. Once a shipping label has been generated or the item has left our fulfillment center, the order cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return (see Section 6). 5. Shipping & Delivery Terms

houslamp utilizes a direct-fulfillment model to provide specialized lighting solutions. While our administrative headquarters is in Denver, Colorado, our products are dispatched from our dedicated international fulfillment centers.

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all United States orders.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM (MST).

  • Handling Time: 3 – 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 7 – 10 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Delivery Window: 10 – 17 Business Days.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge fees for restocking.

  • Return Process: Upon approval of a return request sent to support@houslamp.com, we will provide a prepaid return label via email (Download and Print).

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 30 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Denver, Colorado.
